Hi, I’m Anna
I believe that visionaries with “too many” dreams and talents are here to make a real difference in the world. Your drive, ingenuity and gifts – they all have a place. And from my own story I can promise: It’s possible to find this very place and contribute without having to compromise on your ideals.
Do you know this feeling that “there must be more to life than this”? I have always looked for and wanted different things than most.
Rather than for the straightforward career, I was looking for more profound, more “why” and please, no “how its ever been”. And I have never lost trust that more must be possible than the obvious. That there is a place and a time to make the impossible come alive.
I would find it in and with coaching. But before this, it took me a long time to figure out how to powerfully bring my talents into the world, be more than a nuisance and to empower myself and others instead of driving everyone crazy along the way.
Do you crave to make a real difference in this world?
I am here to help: My mission is to support seeking visionaries like you bridge the gap between where you are now and your vision of success.
… And whilst having grand visions is AWESOME because it’s always been about those sparks, those who have the most possibilities at their fingertips thend to get stuck the most. Whether it is demanding circumstances, life happening, relationships floundering or just the sheer amount of options you need to choose from – they all pull you away from what you really want.
And you know what? I get it. I have been the same. And I am committed to help you have a different experience.
No more dimming your shine.
No more allowing people or situations to block your way and drain your energies – however frustrating they may be right now.
No more playing small when your vision requires you to play big.
How I got here
When choosing a future, I ignored my creative side and instead of cellist of journalist went for what seemed the solid choice: My professional career began in engineering. And I did know how to do the job. After all, I had studied at university and came away with an excellent degree in the subject (speak of brainy people with too many options…)
But – I wasn’t particularly happy. While I might have looked the part on the outside I felt frustrated, overwhelmed and even stigmatised on the inside. Something seemed to be wrong with me.
Maybe you know what that’s like. You keep bumping up against yourself, other people or circumstances. You feel frantic, always searching how to make headway but never quite finding the right path. You end up lost. You’re feel alone against an army of what seems like career-focused puppets who cannot see what you see.
But all that changed for me in 2015.
I discovered coaching – and it changed my life for good.
Suddenly there was someone by my side to help me see my own blind spots, put me back onto my cause and make choices I seemed unable to take before.
Having a coach made me realise ‘magic’ was possible.
My experience was so strong, I discovered my true calling. I wanted to help others, people like me, to achieve their goals. Here’s to the visionaries, the too-smart ones, and the people who want to play a bigger game.
The power of coaching
The most beautiful thing about coaching is this:
It creates a sort of magic which isn’t exclusive. It turns something seemingly elusive and “impossible” into something you can achieve, regardless of your talents or background.
It’s a partnership based on mutual trust and respect. You bring your challenges to the table together with an open mind and the right mindset. Your coach brings their ability to bring out the best in you. He or she supports you to achieve your goals.
What you get with me as your coach
When choosing a coach, you want to ensure there is an excellent fit. My top three tips from my own experience:
#1 Never choose under pressure – but go for who you helps you bring the most possibility alive – before (s)he sells.
#2 Look for a coach with their own coach/mentor – else you risk ending up in a mutual pattern before long (been there, done that, not fun!)
#3 Look for great leadership: A coach being crystal clear AND loving. One that doesn’t hesitate to go first and hit the delicate balance between making you lean into your edge and unconditionally supporting you to believe in yourself.
Naturally, those three are my own commitment in my coaching practice. I have trained and worked with some of the best coaches, mentors and leaders I know – to ensure my work is top notch. And I would never agree to work with someone before we both know we can create something extraordinary together.
So if any of this gets you curious, don’t hesitate to reach out and connect – can’t wait to get to know you 💖
