Have you avoided the crazy decisions and ended up somewhere a little… bland?

Like… have you compromised on your rebel self to get that career going? Have shoved down your sarcasm, political views, fierce love for arguments… to be that little bit more digestible that just seems necessary in the corporate world to survive? And even though statistics tell you that you did the right thing, it has somehow dimmed your aliveness. Also, you have wondered if that has been such a good decision…
Well…
Welcome Home ❤️
A Journey from Misfit to Leadership
You know, from over here there’s something magical about not being that «perfect fit» in life. Of wanting deeper, bigger, and different stuff than you feel society wants you to. As an owner of plenty unruly gifts it took me years to see it’s actually my very own «misfit» that’s providing access to being the leader I always have wanted to be:
BECAUSE I’m rebellious underneath, and like to think on my own.
BECAUSE I am committed to taking the leap into the unknown rather than to settle on compromises that seem lame to me.
BECAUSE I needed to learn to bring love to the weird & different in myself and others.
BECAUSE I am willing to be vulnerable, learn, change and grow.
BECAUSE I am hell-bent to bring play, joy and flow where ever I go. Life is too short to not make the most out of it.
And in hindsight, it has made me a far better coach and leader compared to smoothly sailing through a career and life.
What is it in your gifts you wish you were able to embrace?

Today, I combine years of training in coaching and leadership with a huge heart for exactly who you are – AND no matter how «out there» – who you want to be.
I no longer believe there has to be an «either or». Either you get to be a great leader OR you get to be playful. Either you have a career OR you live a life full of health & joy. Either you get to be yourself OR thrive in relationships. Either it’s the money OR your out-there vision.
Whatever your personal flavour of having it all and leadership – I’m here for it, and you ❤️
Meet The Coach
I travelled a long journey from not-quite-becoming a cellist, via civil engineering (successfully figuring what I don’t want – notably only after two degrees), technical editor & journalist and horse trainer… to finally entering the journey of becoming a leadership and life coach. It’s probably been the most challenging choice and it demands a lot, yet has turned out to be all I ever wanted and been a truly magical fit for me.
It’s incredibly rewarding to put my gifts to use and experience the impact I can create with them in you – my people – and with You in the world.

I’m based in the Swiss Alps, because it lights up my soul to be surrounded by wild, stunning nature. I love getting a lot of sun and fun sports to charge my system.
I get to live in a beautiful apartment, together with my husband, our son, our dalmatians – and there’s my horse, too, just not in the apartment.
Life taught me to enjoy it while it lasts.
I have developed a deep drive to not procrastinate on life, but find ways to choose into joy, play with all the senses and find back to being present – because it simply is too short to not give it a go. Some of it I learned the hard way, with my parents both falling terminally ill at a young age and fighting my own bout of depression and burn-out.
What would YOU choose if you fully tapped into the awareness of having this one life?
I chose not to be the next in line, suffering from generation-old patterns. While some of it has required therapy and healing, coaching has always been an integral and powerful part of my growth to face and create the future differently – personally and professionally. And it does have a way of contributing to healing as a «side effect», because when done well, it opens up entirely new paths and we end up doing stuff we NEVER thought we could.
My Business Values
I am committed to create a space for my people that’s both safe and challenging. That’s not always easy, however there are a few things I make sure of. First and foremost, I believe one of the most important bits in my line of work is to have my own support people. Like Adam who I worked with from 2018-2024. This is what he says about me:
A lot of the coaching world is caught in the need to fix or “help” people to move them off of the struggle they find themselves in. The trouble with these approaches is that they leave people feeling like they need to be fixed. Approaches like these are inherently disempowering to the client, because it leaves the solution in the hands of the coach, rather than the client’s.
Anna stands outside of this understandable human frailty. She brings a natural curiosity, fascination and delight for human beings to the table, and never seeks to fix people. Instead she listens to them and leaves them feeling deeply gotten. Anna is a clearing and a space in which people experience themselves as whole and complete, and discover for themselves that they have all of the tools and resources they need to solve their own problems.
As a result, Anna is one of the rare coaches that leaves everyone she talks to (client or otherwise) with an experience of their own greatness, rather than an experience of Anna’s greatness. Anna is magnificent.

Adam Quiney
Executive & Master Certified CoachI also trained with Accomplishment Coaching and I invest into ongoing education & training. For four years in a row, I trained as a coach and then leader in The Forge , one of the most intense learnings in my life. I went on to train with Melissa Tiers, a cutting edge hypnotist (and far out of my comfort zone!), and Gifted Psychology is up next – diving into topics around working with neurodivergence and trauma as a coach on top of giftedness.

I believe Leadership is being ethical and responsible, even if it doesn’t always pay off. This is what I practice with:
- I adhere by the standards of the International Coach Federation and I am trained in their core competencies.
- I draw a clear distinction from therapy and consulting and I offer neither of those.
- I am committed to co-create with my clients. Examples of what that means:
- I don’t push anyone to buy. That’s no fun for either of us. YOU need to want it, and we both need to feel like we’re a great fit.
- Our path together is always bespoke and individual to your needs. I don’t promise results like you making an x-figure amount by a certain time. What we do instead is to constantly stay in a conversation to make sure you get what you want from me and the world.
- We work together based on an agreement (not a one-way contract). I have a draft, which we look at together and modify/add as necessary before we start.
- I offer sliding scales, because privilege and the absence of it are real, and I don’t believe your commitment depends on how much money you pay me. (Rates can be found under respective offers)
