    2. Terms of Use & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

    • Copyright: The structure, text, graphics, design, and all other content on this website are the intellectual property of Anna Huwiler unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
    • No Professional Guarantees: The information provided on this website, through the blog, quiz, or marketing materials, is for educational and informational purposes only. While coaching is designed to support deep change work and high-stakes personal development, it does not substitute for clinical psychological therapy, medical advice, or legal/financial counsel.

    3. General Data Privacy Statement

Based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every individual is entitled to the protection of their privacy and protection against the misuse of their personal data. We treat your personal data confidentially and in strict compliance with legal data protection regulations.

    4. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

    A. Server Log Files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in “server log files,” which your browser automatically transmits. This includes:

    • Browser type and version
    • Operating system used
    • Referrer URL (the page previously visited)
    • Host name of the accessing computer
    • Time and date of the server request
    • IP address

This data is processed to ensure the technical stability, security, and smooth optimization of the website.

    B. Contact Forms & Communication

If you use the contact form or reach out via email, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message details) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and handling potential follow-up requests.

    C. Client Account Portals & Contractual Data

When you purchase a coaching program (such as The True North Rebel or The Change Work Intensive), digital products, or services via our payment processors (e.g., ThriveCart, Stripe), we process contractual data to fulfill our services. This includes:

    • Billing information, full name, and email address.
    • Log-in credentials and access history for your client portal.
    • Note on Payment Processing: Financial transactions are executed entirely via secure, certified third-party payment gateways (Stripe). We do not store or see raw credit card numbers on our servers.

    5. Web Analytics & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and active tracking scripts to optimize user experience and evaluate our marketing campaigns. You can adjust your tracking choices at any time via our website’s Cookie Consent banner.

    A. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (USA) / Google Ireland Limited (EU). GA4 tracks interactions on our website (such as session duration, scrolling, clicks, and approximate geographic location).

    • IP Anonymization: We have configured GA4 so that your IP address is automatically anonymized/masked before being stored.
    • Data Transfer: Data generated by the cookie may be transferred to a Google server in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks.
    • Opt-Out: You can prevent Google’s data collection by downloading and installing the browser plugin available here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

    B. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, operated by Meta Platforms Inc. (USA) / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (EU), for conversion tracking, building custom target audiences, and retargeting web advertising campaigns.

    • Purpose: The Meta Pixel allows Meta to track your behavior across websites if you arrived via a Meta advertisement. This helps us measure ad performance and serve relevant ads on Instagram and Facebook to individuals who have expressed interest in our offers.
    • Data Processing: The collected data remains anonymous to us; we cannot view individual user identities. However, Meta stores and processes this data, connecting it directly to your Facebook/Instagram user profile according to Meta’s Data Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).

    6. Data Transfers Abroad

Some of the digital tools and infrastructure we utilize (such as Google, Meta, and US-based SaaS hosting platforms) store and process data in the United States or other international locations. We ensure that these providers offer adequate data protection levels by relying on formal international data privacy frameworks or standard contractual clauses.

    7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right to request information about your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, restriction, or deletion of this data, provided no statutory retention obligations (such as business bookkeeping requirements) prevent us from doing so.

To assert your rights or ask questions regarding data privacy, please contact us using the email listed in the Legal Notice section.
