Sick of power struggles, pretending everything is fine and fixes that secure the profit, yet fuck your people over?
… and you have wondered: Is there space for what you think truly matters? Like a great team, trusting each other and you as their leader, working together towards amazing goals. Employees who are IN and not either resigned, angry or even sick. Leadership that leaves you neither worn down nor frustrated – but actually invigorated, excited, hungry for more.
Yes, there IS space.
And I will teach you everything you need to make it happen:

Aubrey Newberry
Director of EHR ApplicationsHere is what you will learn in this course:

- know exactly what it takes to be a good leader for your people (no more second guessing!) – so they begin to trust you and become truly engaged.
- how to apply less work, and more courage: learn to say the hard things without ditching empathy and kindness and you will end up with more time, more energy AND more work done (surprisingly so)
- how to put your own and your people’s joy and play at the center and get the better results BECAUSE of that
- talk about what’s REALLY going on, so actual change, growth and improvement can happen, and not just patching and fixing the surface
- Understand (and believe in) human change – which can happen way faster and deeper than you think – and then leverage it to be a better leader
- become really solid and secure as a leader and know exactly when and how to get support to keep the fire going.
- Know how to source yourself well and build a «leader brain» that doesn’t go down in flames when others do. It doesn’t take «talent», it takes practice.
- Replace expectations with agreements and get your people’s hearts – so they’re *in it*!
- Learn to deal with your own and others humanity if shit hits the fan so you don’t have to circumvent difficult issues, only to be hit by them even harder down the line.
- Learn to clean up the mess when stuff goes wrong in a way that generates MORE trust and knits your team together.
- Get people back on board who are angry, resigned, resistant and show all sorts of unhelpful behaviour, because you learn to get through to them.
This course is for you if:
- You don’t want to leave your humanity at the door just because you are in a leadership role.
- You want to feel more safe, grounded and secure, knowing that what you do as a leader is good stuff.
- You don’t want to be a leader that is «above» their people – you want to partner with them (without losing their respect)
- You want great results and you know how to get them because you are kind, compassionate and generous.
- You are sick of people quietly resigning or rage-quitting and you don’t really know why.
- You want to know how your people are and what they think – for reals – and negotiate with equals.
- You want to be able to deal with human messiness upfront and honestly instead of trying to BS it away somehow. (Your own and others)
I never feel like I need to explain myself, because she’ll get the meaning no matter the exact words I use.
I always feel like I can show all of myself, whether I feel good about it or not, because Anna will never judge.
It never feels uncomfortable to talk to her and work through some stuff – but often times very relieving. She brought me to tears a few times, but it was always because of an inner barrier breaking where I had been holding on to emotion, stuffing it down, ignoring it. Finding those barriers together and breaking them down is amazing.
Thanks a lot, Anna. I will always enjoy talking to you, and I hope we will keep talking forever.«

You want leadership to feel like the rest of your life does? Real – no constant politics, gauging, feigning. Fun – not stress, overtime, running, trying *hard*. And also, for it to include connection, humanity, trust. A laugh together with your team.
Leadership can be so weird, because we suddenly think we should be someone else – this perfect (yet inauthentic almost inhumane) version of yourself that doesn’t really exist. And yet we pretend and it’s exhausting.
That’s what I used to think about leadership, too. But it doesn’t have to be! There *is* a version of leadership in which you can live your values. You don’t have to be loud/aggressive/in a neat suit with perfect hair to be an incredible leader who loves your people, get loved back and creates incredible results.
I admit – the path there is not always easy. In fact, I myself spent years in high stakes leadership training, relentlessly having my shadows reflected back to me in often gruelling ways. HOWEVER don’t worry, it’s not how we work here. But it taught me an incredible lesson: To hold you, wherever you are, however you show up. To NEVER give up on you. To let my opinions and patters take a backseat in service of YOU, your dreams, your goals, your version of leadership. Yes, sometimes there are tough truths to swallow. Surprisingly though the hardest part is to embrace your worthiness. When I managed to turn that one around, everything else shifted, too. I suspect it’s similar for you reading this, too.

Embracing paradox, looking at your shadows, having the tough conversations without losing yourself – all of these can change leadership styles (and lives) for the better. It has mine, fundamentally so – let’s take on yours next.

Testimonials
I can show up for the people who count on me and for myself as a whole and flawed human being because Anna has helped me work my way down the path to realize that authenticity *is* messy and that real love for yourself and those around you will always have some rough edges on it. When I first started working with Anna, I never would have told you that whimsy, play, and being a flawed and messy creature could exist in the same space as a strong leader, partner, and family member. Today, I couldn’t imagine showing up any other way for the people I care about and those who rely on and look up to me. «

Director of EHR ApplicationsI learnt that I can be honest, for better or worse. And then, everything becomes easier down the line. For example: I can say when something is too much for me, and say no. I can also tell people when I struggle and when I need help. Or the other way around: “This is good for me. I would love to help you with this.”
I think I have become myself, which I haven’t probably been since I was about 10 years old.
I learnt that I can take action and trust myself – that this can turn out well, too. Not (just) to try and do what I think others expect from me.
It permeates my hole life. For example at work, where I feel like I can take care of myself now, have a break when I need it. It’s not even a real break, because I’m still there for what matters the most in my job – possible emergencies.
I loved that we were in touch with each other over time as I needed it. Not every single week, but more like waves, whenever I needed it. It always fit. The flexibility has been perfect, so I could develop in my own speed.«

train managerI think it’s just so enjoyable with Anna. Difficult to pinpoint, but I think it’s understanding, empathy. She lets me be as I am and I really love how fast she is with her thoughts and ideas. I often think I’m too fast for others, jumping from one topic to another too quickly and then people are overwhelmed. Anna fully tracks 😊but still gives me a framework so we keep having a direction. She takes me seriously always. Somehow it’s a mix of down-to-earth and “a bit out there” (as in up to philosophising and brainstorming ideas) at the same time. She’s very alert, quick, focussed and positive.«

A few things here:
1. If you read through this page and you feel it resonates, I think you’re on a good path. You don’t have to be exactly the leader I had in mind when I wrote this, as an example. The most important part is if you feel a pull to learn the things I talk about.
2. Please feel free to reach out to me via e-mail if you have questions left.
3. And because ultimately, you can never be 100% sure if something is a fit, I offer a full refund if you choose the course isn’t for you after you went through the materials of the first week (which includes the complete troubleshoot section, and you can keep it all!).
You can either reach out and I support you to find out what gets you stuck and we un-stick it together. This may well be the biggest learning the course has in store for you, and it’s one of the main reasons why I offer a complimentary 1:1 session. Usually, it’s not about «this specific course» but something bigger that gets in the way of other things in your life, too
… or you can ask for a 100% refund for the full first week after purchase.
The first week of the course unlocks right after purchase, including the troubleshoot section. You then get the next lesson a week after purchase, and so on – to give you some time to digest and practice, because that’s super crucial for the learning to stick.
You can book the call(s) individually, there is a booking link in the course. If you can’t find a time that suits you, you can reach out and we set up something outside of my standard availabilities. I usually have some flexibility here. One call is included in the course, and you can book more for a special discounted price for the duration of the course.
For the price of 500$ 390$ (2025 early adopter discount) read about everything that is included here, in short:
1) lifetime access to 4 weeks of content + troubleshoot bonus + worksheet/practice sections + audio
2) 1 complimentary call at no extra cost (can be booked at anytime)
3) optional, additional calls for the duration of the course for a special rate (250$/hr)
No, not at all. I have geared the examples towards leadership at work for someone who has led for a little or longer while, to make it as specific as possible
However, leadership how I see it is a universal skill and every single one of us could benefit from mastering it. I think it is especially helpful not just for leaders at work, but also for parents, animal owners and frankly, in marriage and pretty much any other intimate relationships.
What matters is that you read through it and feel a deep, genuine pull towards the course. You feel excited to learn more about the things I talk about.
Yes. Please reach out for this so we can talk about your needs individually. I have a big commitment to accessibility and I would love to hear about your journey and desire to offer you something adequate.
Yes, I offer a refund as long as you reach out to me during the first week of the course. As soon as the second lesson unlocks, I don’t offer any more refunds, because it goes very, very deep into the heart of my knowledge. So if you don’t like what you see, please reach out immediately.
In terms of a guarantee: You will get lifetime access and all the updates for free – however I cannot guarantee any results (unfortunately). The results are up to you as much as they are up to me, especially because this is a self guided course. However, please reach out if you aren’t happy and we can talk about what you need. Often, this can be a turning point not just for the course, but for the rest of your life, too.
Yay! I’m so excited for you and your journey ahead. Please scroll to the bottom of this page or use this link to go through the checkout.
