Said «yes» again? And you’re kind of sick of it how often you let that «yes» slip over your lips. It’s not like you haven’t tried the «3 step solution to have more time to yourself» thingies. They haven’t worked and you wonder why. And somewhat secretly you hope you don’t have to stop at «this just isn’t for people like me.»
If that resonates, I got a thing for you 💙

On the fence?
… if it’s the right thing for you to spend your time & energy on? I think that’s great – like you’re at least in some areas of your life already mindful about what you’re a yes to. I have some more details below to help you make a choice:
Is this you?
Whether you call it high performing, overachieving or maybe people pleasing – being someone people who can rely on to sort out the mess is in high regard in our society.
And yet – you can’t help but notice it costs you. It just doesn’t seem enough to help you escape the loop!
It’s like there’s two versions of you: You-right-now who says «yes» and seems to forget about this you-tomorrow who needs to juggle one too many things. The you-tomorrow may have regrets, feels judgemental, and most definitely knows better.
I can imagine there’s also a you-who-resigned into «this is just who I am» in the mix. Because you don’t want to be an a**hole who lets people down, disappoints, doesn’t care. Somehow, there just doesn’t seem to be a way to say no better AND be appreciated.
Now about what the guide does:
First – all of the above is completely normal, human and understandable. Large parts of what you run on – as said human – are unconscious, automatic patterns. Not having the yes / no balance you want means: There are unconscious things at play you haven’t taken into account yet. This is the first thing we want to look at in the guide.
The second part is all about practising building on a new understanding for yourself and the processes at play underneath – but in a way that’s sustainable and takes all of you into account – not just the run-fast-fix-it-all part you likely gravitate towards. That one you’re excellent at I’m sure, so I want to give you something different.
Ready to give it a go? See you inside 😊💙
