Our Agreement: What You Need to Know
When you tick that box at checkout, you’re saying “I’m in!” and agreeing to these terms with Anna Huwiler (that’s me!). This covers our coaching journey together, which we’ll call “the Program.”
1. Our Partnership & Boundaries
Coaching isn’t therapy: Our work is about helping you find your alignment, challenge your status quo, and design a life and career that truly lights you up. But let’s be clear: this is coaching. It’s not licensed psychotherapy, clinical counselling, or medical treatment. If you need mental health support, you agree to seek out a qualified professional.
You’re the boss of your life: I’m here as your sounding board and strategist, but every single decision you make is 100% yours. Any moves you make regarding your career, finances, employment, or relationships are entirely at your own risk. I don’t guarantee specific income or business outcomes – your results are down to you and the work you put in.
2. Payment, Failed Payments & Refund Policy
Refunds – Let’s be fair: I want you to feel good about our work together. If you decide to cancel, here’s how it will go. For the exact details regarding the 14-Day EU Right to Withdraw, see below!
- The True North Rebel: If you decide to cancel before our first 90-minute visioning session, you’ll get a full refund. If you decide to stop working with me after the first session, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the Program. Upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal, but you can keep any saved materials.
- The Change Work Intensive: I offer a 100% refund if you cancel before the first call. Upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal, but you can keep any saved materials.
- The no BS leadership course: I offer a 100% money back guarantee during the full first week of the course (anytime before week 2 unlocks), Note: Completing your included 1:1 call during Week 1 waives this guarantee, as the service portion of the program has been delivered. (For EU statutory withdrawal rights, see below!). Upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal, but you can keep any saved materials.
Your 14-Day EU Right to Withdraw (The “Cooling-Off” Period): If you’re in the EU and want to withdraw from our agreement within 14 days of purchase, here’s how it works for each of my products. Important Note: If you are NOT in the EU (or even if you are and prefer it this way), please reach out for an individual agreement!
The True North Rebel
- 100% refund: If we haven’t had our first call yet, and you haven’t used any of your unlimited access via email/chat, you’ll get a full refund. The content of the client portal is my gift to you, however upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal.
- Pro-Rata Refund: If we’ve already had at least one call, and/or you have used my email/chat services, your refund will be calculated proportionally with $250 per hour 1:1 call and $110 per hour of email/chat support expended, as well as $480 for the material access. Upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal.
The Change Work Intensive
- 100% Refund: If we haven’t had our first call yet, you’ll get a full refund. If you have not used any of my time, the content of the client portal is my gift to you, however upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal.
- Pro-Rata Refund: If we’ve already had at least one call, your refund will be calculated proportionally. The value of the Program is broken down as follows: 20% for portal access (this value is considered used immediately upon purchase due to full access AND full understanding of use after our first call), 30% for the first, most valuable call, and 25% each for the second and third calls. Upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal.
- 0% Refund: If you have made full use of the service (e.g., completed all calls or accessed all key components) within these 14 days, no refund will be issued.
The no BS Leadership Course
- 100% Refund: For the duration of the first week of the course, you will get a full refund as my gift to you, however upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal.
- Pro-Rata Refund: If you cancel after you already got access to week 2 of the course and/or you already had the included call with me, your refund will be calculated proportionally. The Program value is divided into 70% for course portal content and 30% for the 1:1 call. If you cancel after Week 2 unlocks, a pro-rata deduction will apply corresponding to the unlocked modules and any call time delivered. Upon cancellation, I will remove your login from the portal.
- 0% Refund: If you have made full use of the service (e.g., completed all calls or accessed all key components) within these 14 days, no refund will be issued.
Missed payments: If you’re on a payment plan and a payment doesn’t go through, your access to the client portal, call scheduling, and direct support (like chat or email) will be automatically paused until your account is up to date. You’re still responsible for making all remaining payments in your plan.
3. Release of Liability & Indemnification
You take the reins, you own the ride: You’re voluntarily taking on all risks associated with participating in the Program and any personal or professional changes you decide to make. You release me from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions that might come up from our coaching. This includes things like emotional distress, financial loss, or career setbacks.
You’ve got my back: You agree to protect me and hold me harmless from any lawsuits, damages, or costs (including legal fees) that result from your actions, your decisions, or how you use what we work on together.
Worst-case scenario, here’s the limit: In the absolute unlikeliest and worst-case scenario, my total legal responsibility to you is strictly limited to the exact amount of money you’ve paid me for this specific Program. This liability cap applies to all my programs.
4. Intellectual Property
Keep it between us: You get a personal, non-transferable licence to all the portals, worksheets, and recordings. You’re absolutely welcome to use them to transform your own life, but you cannot share your login, resell my materials, or teach my unique frameworks to your own clients as if they were yours. This applies across all my intellectual property, regardless of the program.
5. Where We Settle Things
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: If we ever have a legal disagreement that we can’t solve like adults, the laws of Switzerland will apply, and any official business will happen exclusively in the courts of Davos Platz, Switzerland.
