Leadership From Within

Leadership from within often seems like a foreign concept at first sight in our world. But great leadership actually does start within you, the leader. It’s not depending on position, it’s depending on your willingness to go first, and vulnerably yet strongly lead those around you. It’s about creating what you want, first, usually not knowing if it will work. It’s about your willingness to have a look what is possible to shift inside of you, thus it’s leadership from within.

That doesn’t mean to give up on yourself. Often it actually means to embrace and love all of yourself, wherever you are – before you go and do the same for other people. It’s about looking at uncomfortable and scary places no one else would look. Can you see how this is leadership, and why not many people actually choose to walk that path?
